How it works:

  1. You will first have a 15 minute phone consultation where we will discuss why you are seeking counseling and answer any of your questions. Click here to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. If the client is a teen, the teen OR parents may initiate contact. This therapist follows the current laws in the states of California and Colorado regarding providing counseling to children and teens (see below).

** Please note: Minor clients ages 12 and older may seek therapy independently. If parent(s) or caregivers are available and it is deemed appropriate, this therapist will include them in the therapy process as needed.

  2. Once we schedule our first appointment, I will email you all of the necessary paperwork to complete before our first session. You can do this on your own time and with privacy. Proof of identification and residency will also be required.

  3. I will then email you a link that you will use to connect with me online for our therapy session together. Click here for fees and payment options. Paying party (if not the client) must be determined before therapy can begin and is responsible for signing the appropriate paperwork.

**Please keep in mind that a computer with reliable internet access in a private space is required for online therapy sessions.

Overall, therapy is a collaborative process and will be tailored to your particular needs and goals. I aim to provide compassionate counseling that will guide, rather than push. Not sure about online therapy? Reach out anyways and we can chat about it. I have been providing online therapy to teens and adults for many years now and find it very effective and convenient. I would love to answer your questions!

My practice focuses on:

I look forward to working with you!
